As in the first Blokraaisels vir Aapsterte, these simple crosswords can be used to teach young children basic spelling and language skills in Afrikaans. They have been developed with the young primary school child in mind, but can also be used by older children who need to practice these skills, or children for whom Afrikaans is a second or third language. Picture and word clues test comprehension, and children learn while having fun.
