Saartjie reads an article on hypnosis and promptly decides to use her friends as guinea pigs while trying her hand at being a hypnotist. However, she soon realises that she does not have this special talent… But then our heroine comes up with a clever plan. They could organise a special hypnosis show during which Anna and Lina pretend that she makes them fall asleep and do all kinds of funny things. The Three Mosquitoes would make a packet!

As always, things don’t work out exactly as planned. Saartjie has to contend with her brother and his mate, Anna’s little sister and a skeptical audience – as well as Galpil who can’t wait to prove that she is taking everyone for a ride. Fortunately Lynnekom’s tomboy has a brainwave. She whispers something into Galpil’s ear that makes his heart beat wildly…
